Invalid license. Probably a non-free images. License (Mil.gov.ua) applies only to materials posted on the web-site Mil.gov.ua, not on their social media. Needed link where this fotos published at Mil.gov.ua.Kursant504 (talk) 09:02, 2 October 2023 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I must agree. I've been asking different Ukrainian officials, and they told me that all the content is free. But on my later requests they didn't manage to provide me any valid proofs of that, only showing some laws having no explicit confirmation of that. I believe nobody among those officials don't give a damn about any licences of their content. RajatonRakkaus (talk) 10:29, 2 October 2023 (UTC)

So it would be much easier if you will create DR's on every file that you had uploaded (as uploader) and that didn't have a free license. Even create a massDR taking a lot of time. Kursant504 (talk) 12:16, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
