  • Keep -- Point# 4- COM:NPOV is a Wikipedia policy that does apply to the Wikimedia Commons. I assume the Russian Wikipedia policy (ru:ВП:НТЗ) also does not apply to the Commons project. Points 1, 2 and 3 are not valid reasons to delete this file. Any file can have the "description" edited. If new information justifies a file name change that can be done without deleting this useful file. The exact same reasons were used by the same User and then translated into English by User:Jeff G. here- [1] --Ooligan (talk) 00:13, 19 March 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
